reviews
Hi,
I won tickets to a movie the other night. It was a horrible movie, but I saw the write-up in the paper the next day, and the reviewer gave it 4.5 stars. Then in another paper, 3.5 stars. I would've given it one, tops. This was a science-fiction movie, and I prefer comedy, so I guess if the reviewer preferred comedy, they would've given this movie less stars. It's happened the other way too; I'll see a good, funny movie, then read the review saying it was horrible. It's all just somebody's opinion.
So we have movie reviews that tell us what to think, they decide if we should go to the movie or not. People can't decide, and are told how to? What's the world coming to?
