call centers part V

Hi,
Sorry about the year and a half absence. First I thought "OK, I'm not going to post until I'm done this job," which I was in November. Then I thought, "Alright, after the winter, I'll make it a year before I start again," then I was just, well, lazy. So after 15 months, here I am.

If you read the first 4 call center posts, you'd see that I was being stereotypical 'cause I figured they were all the same. I got a call in November 2008, and it was another company that I'd applied with. Only not the job that I applied for... it was to work in their call center. I took it, mostly because the pay was better, and it couldn't be worse than the one I was at!

After 8 months here though (www.protus.com), I realize that it's a million times better. The management at the prison where I used to work, treated you like dirt, not even like a human being. But here, the people I work with are way nicer (probably because they get treated better by management), and the management are great, it's just an entire 180 degree turnaround.

Thank God I can call myself an "Ex-Con."
