pants

I spoke of shorts a few weeks back, and since now the weather is that much better, it's OK to wear shorts. If anyone asks, tell them I said it's OK. However, it's definitely NOT OK to wear pants around your thighs though! I saw this kid on the bus the other morning, and his pants were not around his waist like a most people, not even around his hips like some people, but around the top of his legs! Like, I could see his undies, it was disgusting because I could just imagine when he sat on the seat on the bus that his skid-marks would rub off on the seat. Then after he got off (the bus I mean) somebody else would unknowingly sit there and his skid marks would rub off on their pants...

So what is the line between indecent exposure and not? If I got on the bus wearing a t-shirt and undies, I'd probably get kicked off. But I'm thinking now, if I was wearing a t-shirt, undies and leg warmers I'd be OK. If you saw this kid, that's pretty much what he was wearing, except jeans instead of leg warmers.
